AI Solutions Architect

I spent some time as the sole technical resource at a busy interventional radiology practice, where I managed everything from the CAT scanner used in live procedures to the camera systems that streamed cases to audiences around the world. I handled every technical need that crossed the desk of a busy clinic, from infrastructure to day-to-day operations. That experience gave me an unusually complete view of how healthcare organizations actually function under the surface, and where the friction is that prevents great teams from doing more.Today at TalentMed AI, I build the automation layer that removes that friction. I design workflows in n8n, write code nodes that power them, and integrate systems like AthenaHealth so that administrative tasks no longer compete with patient care. The goal is simple: take the work that drains clinical staff and hand it to systems that handle it reliably, so providers can focus on the people in front of them. What drives me is the multiplier effect. Every workflow built correctly means a clinician has more time, a receptionist has fewer interruptions, a clinic can absorb more patients without burning anyone out. I measure success by whether the people on the ground notice the difference.I'm based in Elk River, Minnesota, and work with clinics and healthcare organizations looking to operationalize automation the right way.
